The hills of Santa Rosa have always had cell phone coverage problems for residents as you can see by the complaints on the map above. Communication was a nightmare on the night of the evacuation thanks to poor coverage problems in the area.
I have heard that AT&T is setting up temporary cell phone towers in the area to help with emergencies. If anyone has map data on this please share below.
